Valerie Indiana Chemistry is an EdTech Specialist and Ed.D. candidate focusing on the integration of AI, gamification, and the design of L&D strategies for higher education institutions and organizations.She has worked across TalentLMS, Canvas, Moodle, Brightspace D2L, and internal LMS systems of the higher eds since 2017, building and coding courses for higher education institutions and corporate learning teams.She has developed and taught English language programmes for ESL, ESP, TOEFL, and IELTS preparation since 2010. Chemistry has built complete curricula, structured course blueprints, diagnostic assessments, and detailed facilitator guides. Her instructional design portfolio includes interactive multimedia storyboards, video scripts, and custom question banks tailored for diverse digital and blended learning environments.In her free time, she volunteered as an Indonesian Sign Language interpreter with Bakul Budaya FIB UI and JW Community, supporting deaf participants in arts and culture programmes.
